We’re searching for passionate, detail-oriented professionals to join our Premium Guest Relations team, a dedicated group responsible for managing the travel experiences of our most valued VIP guests.

 

In this role, you’ll be the single point of contact ensuring seamless, personalised service from the moment a booking is made until the journey’s end. You’ll handle complex itineraries, coordinate with service delivery teams across the network, and act as an ambassador of Etihad’s world-class hospitality. No two days are ever the same each interaction is an opportunity to create unforgettable experiences and represent the very best of Etihad.


What You’ll Do


  • Handle all VIP bookings, enquiries, and itinerary management with precision and care across email, WhatsApp and phone
  • Manage Etihad Guest redemption bookings and special service requests, ensuring every journey reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Build and maintain close relationships across service delivery areas, ensuring flawless coordination and first-class handling throughout the guest journey.
  • Make empowered decisions to resolve any service issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain guest preference databases, ensuring a personalised experience every time.
  • Uphold Etihad’s highest standards for communication, accuracy, and data confidentiality.


What we’re looking for


  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in reservation and ticketing systems
  • At least 3 years of contact centre or customer service experience, ideally in a travel or hospitality environment.
  • A passion for delivering inspirational service and building lasting guest relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
